**Position**:Building Maintenance Technician**Location**:Expo Hall**Gross Salary**:SGD 1700(WP-Basic Skill)/ SGD 2000(WP-3 years experience)/SGD 3950(EP-3 years experience)**Basic Salary**:SGD 2100(WP-Basic Skill)/ SGD 2504(WP-3 years experience)/SGD 3454(EP-3 years experience)**Working Hours**:Work 5.5 days per week, 10 - 12 hours per day**Allowances**Housing AllowanceShift AllowanceTransportation Allowance**Benefit**Annual Leave: 7 to 14 days per yearTraining Provided- Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that the building essential needs such as domestic water, electrical, air conditioning and ventilation system are of good working condition- Conduct general maintenance works such as, air-conditioning servicing, plumbing facilities, electrical lightings switches, AV system, painting, patching of walls, carpentry, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations- Perform routine preventive maintenance programme- Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment- Respond and priorities maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings- Perform related tasks as assigned- Perform rotating shift- COVID19 management.- Willingness to work in Service Apartment/SDF/GQF facilities- Perform Bi-weekly swab test. (Requirement by MOH)- CERT (Company Emergency Respond Team) certified.- First Aid & AED certified**Requirement**- Educational level preferably NITEC (locals) or Skilled / relevant CordeTrade qualified (in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry, ACMV etc)- English proficiency (able to speak, read, write) is expected- Does not prescribed specific industry requirements, preferably has some years' relevant FM experience, fresh graduate will consider.- CERT trained + First Aider trained (mínimally can accept key personnel as a first wave, but all others to be progressively trained/certified within 3 months of mobilisation)- Deployed team to consider & implement Team A & B segregation concept (i.e. for foreign workers, to consider segregated lodging / accommodation / dormitory).- Polymerase Chain Reaction Test ("PCR Test") required for staff deployed.- Vaccination is optional at this point but TBC.- Preferably staff who are physical fit, healthy and willing to do shift work**Salary**: RM5,273.00 - RM12,252.00 per month**Experience**:- related: 1 year (preferred)
