M&E Coordinator

Requirements: Minimum 3-10 years(s) of working experience in construction industry.
Preferably specializing in engineering ? mechanical / electrical services.
A technically inclined with good project management skills.
Candidate must at possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated person.
Independent and capable to work under pressure.
Computer literate.
Familiar with Microsoft project and acad are an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
To liaise with Project /Construction Manager on site issue and mitigation measures involving cross coordination with other trades.
Implement and execute proper documentation and drawings arrangement at project site.
To monitor and forecast the progress claim in line with the work programme.
Assist Project/Construction Manager for overall planning, management, monitoring and controlling of the project together with other trades.
Resolve technical complications and propose solution to problems at project site by communicating and meeting up the consultants and contractors.
Report to seniors M&E on any need or requirement on commercial aspects.
Monitors the coordination drawings as well site documents to be in line with the site progress.
Attend the site project progress evaluation and clarifications as well as advice on claim certifications.
Plan, coordinate to client, consultants and sub-contractors.
