(Malaysia) Application Specialist

Responsibilities / Introduction Technical pre/post sales application support for production solutions in local market. Integral with sales and service team to deliver the highest level of customer experience and high value solution development. Follow up on technical leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers’ enquiries. Provide sound consultation on company's product solution and application to prospects and customers. Secure new customers in MNC/SME industries by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services. Expand market awareness of company's products & services and manage projects and relationships with customers. Requirement Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or any related field. Minimum 2 years working experience in process automation environment or related field. Experience and skills in PC/PLC/SCADA system connectivity and basic electrical knowledge are compulsory. Possess own transport with a valid driving license. Willing to travel within Malaysia region as and when required.
