(Malaysia) Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities / Introduction Ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound activitiesContact Point for clients for inbound/ outbound enquiriesEnforce Standard Operating Procedures and KPIsMonitor 3PL partners; maintain constant communication and working relationship with delivery providersWork with 3PL on compliance and continuous improvement on delivery lead time and billings/ claimsReporting on team performance. Daily outbound /inbound report, 3PL tracking reportOrienting new hires and training staff on any new processesTrack and report all friction/ feedback on any cross functional team or from customer directly. Requirement Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Logistics, warehousing and distributionExperience using Inventory, warehouse, and/or order management system/sSupervisory or shift management experienceMust possess strong problem-solving skillsExperience in using spreadsheet applications; MS Excel preferredPositive attitude, strong work-ethic & solid communication skills a mustStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAble to work independently
