Manager, Affinity And Partnerships

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the achievement of Affinity sales and online business targets.- Identify potential business partnerships in the market and within the existing clients.- Advise on growth strategies of partnership with feedback, research and analysis as a foundation for business strategy development.- Develop digital marketing strategies/propositions to grow and expand online business.- Manage business relationships, communicate and work closely with Affinity team members, marketing officers (MOs), and business partners.- Identify, develop, and negotiate corporate agreements to build long term and sustainable business.- Oversee and plan marketing campaigns, production and delivery; ensuring timeliness and quality.- Monitor and report on all marketing activities, using deliverables and KPI's to measure success.- Work alongside company key departments to ensure the successful launch of partnerships whilst complying with internal processes and regulations/guidelines.- Proactively maintain and improve processes with digitalisation/automation to ease the way of doing business.**Requirements**:- Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.- Minimum Five (5) years of relevant affinity and partnership working experience, preferably in the general insurance industry.- Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.- A sales and performance driven individual with strong knowledge of analytics tools and a knack for numbers.- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and strategy.- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power PointHow to apply?- Please submit a detailed resume, stating your expected and current salary and notice period required.- Write to us**Human Resource Department**Level 20, Menara Hap Seng 3,Plaza Hap Seng,No. 1, Jalan P.
