Aufgaben

Do you have an international outlook? Are you flexible and like to work in a team? Are you familiar with cross-functional teams and project work and interested in digital performance marketing? Then you've come to the right place! The Overseas Region (MS/O) is responsible for large growth markets, small to medium-sized sales and marketing companies (MPCs), and importers' markets/general distributors for the Overseas Region. The region includes the markets Japan, South Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Latin America, Turkey, Russia and South Africa.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the process governance, standardization and performance steering of the Mercedes-Benz AG website and web applications in Region Overseas
- Monitor and analyse, together with the Region Overseas markets, the website performance in order to make recommendations to all stakeholders how to improve and optimize the overall online customer journey and digital target achievement within Region Overseas
- Act as the Regional governance point for all market demands relating to website improvement & enhancement with a strong push towards standardization across the region – you own the Region Overseas Demand Board and drive the Regional priority with the HQ business team/s
- Collaborate directly with markets to jointly drive their performance KPIs and act as the market Regional Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) for website performance within Region Overseas
- Collaborate with the HQ business teams to translate global initiatives into Regional impact and to coordinate, where relevant, information/initiatives/projects from the HQ team/s towards the markets
- Collaborate within the Region Overseas Digital Marketing Hub to jointly drive a luxury online-to-offline customer journey
- Collaborate with the Regional Centre of Competence (RCoC) IT teams in order to define and push the website business requirements and priority
- Responsible for contributing to the strategic website roadmap together with all stakeholders and driving the execution of the roadmap by mitigating/removing blockers
- Consolidate and steer the Operational Planning (OP) budget process from a Regional perspective for all website related topics and provide the necessary input to stakeholders for decision-making throughout the budget year
- Steer, manage and collaborate with the regional Agency team/s in order to deliver a luxury Mercedes-Benz customer experience and leverage the synergies the Agency team/s provide towards the markets
- Contribute to the overall Digital Marketing Hub team’s strategic direction and play a key role in implementing strategic business initiatives to lay the foundation for future optimization and efficiency within the website Regional operations
- Provide strategic guidance and steering to the Region Overseas Digital Marketing Hub team member/s responsible for the website in order to ensure their deliverables fit with the overall strategic direction

Qualifikationen
Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum University degree in business management, information technology or comparable qualification

- Minimum 5-7 years work-experience within the digital marketing or related field

- Experience in conception and implemetation of digital business models

- Experience in steering digital marketing performance

- Have a proven track record in successful structuring and driving of business performance across multiple team/s and stakeholders

- Experience in managing dynamic projects across multiple stakeholder and business geographies

- Familiar with agile working methodologies and how to leverage them in delivering business outcomes

- Fluent in English spoken and written and exceptional faculty of expression

- Have an outstanding will get things accomplished and show strong individual responsibilities

- Good analytical and conceptual skills

- You are the collaborator coupled with a strong focus on decisive decision-making

- Bring a distinctive solution orientation together with team spirit

- Quality and pragatism are not mutually exclusive for you

- Very good communicative abilities and expressiveness in word and writing round off your profile
