**Company Highlights**- Revenues are approximately RM3 Billion**Position Highlights**:- The incumbent will drive and support employee learning, development and upskilling initiatives across the Group.- He/she will partner with Senior Management/Site Leaders/Head of Departments to build the organization's internal capabilities and help create a high performing organisation.- This position can be based either at Sitiawan (preferable) or at KL office with regular travels to the other sites within Malaysia**Key Job Responsibilities****A. Core Responsibilities**- Coordinates the Training Needs Analysis and Annual Training Plan- Coordinates the External & Internal Training nominations- Ensures documentation of training records for Internal & External Audits- Manages the HRDF claims and tracks usage for company's benefit- Develops and drives the Leadership Curriculum for Junior Management and Middle Management levels- Facilitates "In-House" Programmes for the Supervisory, Junior Management and Middle Management levels- Develops On-The-Job Training (OJT) Programme and coordination to ensure upskilling of Operations Team- Drives the digitalization of the Training & Upskilling function to ensure an efficient way of tracking employees' skills development and also clear line of sight on training costs- Develops a repository of "Approved Training Providers" whom the Company can leverage on to build its internal capabilities- Drives and coordinates the Quality Control Circles (QCC) Programme to upscale employee involvement and skills development- Drives and coordinates the Annual Chairman Awards Programme for to upscale employee involvement and skills development**B. General**- Supports VP HR with benchmarking best practices with competitors- Participates with Group Level Projects as and when required- Working collaboratively and supports other HR Section Heads as and when needed- Carries out any other duties as required by immediate Leader**Experience Desired**- Degree in Business, HR Management, Science, Finance, Law etc. An MBA will be highly desirable. Other specific HR and Training Certifications will also be highly desirable.- Minimum 8-10 years working experience in a related functions within an industrial/ manufacturing MNC environment- Very pleasant personality with the ability to connect with people at all levels and be a "Brand Ambassador" of the Company- Highly analytical, attention to details with a high level of competency with Excel and other HR tools- Good understanding and experience in "Best Practice" Learning and Development tools- Has worked with HR Systems (Workday, SAP HR or Oracle HR)- Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities- Strong ability to observe confidentiality and discretion- Ability to navigate through the organisation via influence and gain trust- Highly FLUENT in both written and spoken English and decent fluency in Bahasa Malaysia- Excellent collaboration, communication and inter-personal skills.- Excellent presentation skills and power point content development, including the ability to lead and facilitate internal training- Superb time-management and organizational skills.- Proven ability to facilitate engagement sessions**We Value**- Ability to develop strong partnerships in a collaborative team working environment within and across functional organizations.- Hard Work, Excellence, Honesty, Positivity, Team-Oriented individuals.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- working: 8 years (required)Ability to Relocate:- Sitiawan: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
