Marketing Designer

**JOB SUMMARY****JOB RESPONSIBILITY**1. Conceptualize and create visual assets such as logos, digital banners, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral like digital images, video animation, and textual animations.2. Stay up to date on design trends, tools and technologies. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit visual content and video.3. Provide guidance and direction to other designer, ensuring their work supports the overall marketing strategy.4. Monitor, review, approve and produce visual to ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and alignment with the brief.5. Manage design & other projects simultaneously, from concept to final production, ensuring deadlines are met.- Propose and monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.- Update and manage the company website, social media and collaterals in accordance with marketing communication plans for XOX subsidiary (ONE XOX) and mobile business.- Develop design strategies that align with the broader marketing objectives and target audience.**JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)**1.
