Marketing Executive

General Summary:
Marketing Executive support marketing activities through the planning, coordination, organization, and implementation of market research to obtain data that gives information regarding consumer preferences and market trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the marketing manager/superior in delivering agreed activities.
• Work closely with colleagues and external creative agencies to design marketing collateral such as brochures, name card, video, adverts.
• Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
• Monitor digital marketing (Website, Facebook, Google ad words, Organic Search, Google info. Etc.) of the company.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
• Analyzing information and furnishing sales team with the latest marketing tools.
• Planning, coordinate and participate for special production shows, exhibition and tournament.
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
• Quality assurance check on in house product.
• Manages product display and design at designated office showroom.
Skills Required:
• Have STRONG passion and drive to succeed in marketing role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills especially in English is a must and with good organizational skills.
• Should be proficient with computers and should be conversant with the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Implement creative marketing techniques and ideas on marketing collateral.
• Should be a good analyzer with an ability to resolve issues at the earliest.
• Possess own transport.
• Hardworking, versatile, good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, mature and responsible.
• Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking.
• Fluent in English and BM, additional languages are considered favourably.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Communication or equivalent
• 1 year of working experience in related field is required.
