Marketing Manager (Hire Purchase)

Responsibilities:

- Serves as the key lead for KINTO and Value Chain expansion project.
- Leads and supervises technical and field-based project activities, including but not limited to market linkages and expansion business projects of target value chains by engagement of the distributors and dealers in building strategic partnership.
- Identify opportunities and promote market linkages, improve access to markets at the processor and household level, and positively impact the entire mobility business.
- Collaborate with strategic partners — distributors & dealers on projects across the region to strengthen the mobility and value chains business. Ability to train and facilitate dialogue among a diverse group of individuals with various skill sets and work styles.
- Research, development and proposal of mobility and value chain business/products. Promoting financial products and services.
- Work with other departments in product development, i.e., Strategy & Innovation, IT Dept etc.
- Develop and prepare reports. Requirements:

- Minimum Degree Holder.
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences, preferable candidates from well-established Banking/Financial Service fields with Sales & Marketing exposure related to Hire Purchase.
- Experience in Product Development, Business Development will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written & oral.
- Well verse in Microsoft Excel.
