Job Responsibilities:
Plan & develop training materials and contents in promoting the company’s brands & products
Accountable to conduct & deliver training programs & workshops to company products distributors
Monitor and review the results of training activities by tracking the sales promotion or feedback from key leaders.
Cooperate with key leaders to understand the needs & insight of distributors
Identify new business opportunities from new & existing clients or distributors.
Ensure clients satisfaction by taking part in problem-solving activities whenever issues are arising from the clients.
Build up a good long-term relationship with clients & distributors to acquire trust and confidence
Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop a roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
Maintain strong relationships with clients & distributors for future business growth and work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals.
To assist in the planning & implementation of Marketing & promotions activities
Produce articles and ensure all writing materials in Malay & English are accurate and clear.
Provide information and write-up for E-commerce platforms, company’s websites, and social media posting.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Studies, Marketing, Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics or relevant fields
Min 2 years of working experience in marketing or as a marketing or product trainer
Experiences in the skincare, personal care, health, and wellness products domain is an advantage
Exposure in the direct selling industry would be preferred
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both spoken & written Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good presentations and demonstration skills
Capable of working both independently and on a team
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation extensively
Presentable, excellent attitudes, good negotiation, and multi-tasking skills
