Master Data Analyst (Indonesia Speaker - 6 Months Contract)

Objective of hiringThe incumbent responsible to support business requirements by creating, updating, verifying and cleaning up master data for vendors, customers and material timely and accurately whilst ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesProcess and maintain all relevant master data changes for vendor, customer and material accurately ensuring that updates are appropriate, authorized and documented on a timely basis based on defined service levels.Perform data validation, detecting possible errors and obsolete master data.Provide ongoing user support and training for master data creation to ensure master data is accurately setup in SAP.Identify and make recommendations that optimize business processes and improve financial and other internal controls.Maintain up-to date process documents and work instructions for the role.RequirementsDegree in Business or related fieldBasic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood command of verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishAt least 3 - 5 year working experience. Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.Experience and knowledge in SAP System.Experience in Shared Services environment.
