We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable._"JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:RESPONSIBILITIES:- To handle all matters of advertising, promotions and events for client's campaign- To promote the branding of the client's campaign and to support the sales team in closing more sales- To establish a list of new contacts and further strengthen existing contacts to advertise in ASTRO platform by supporting in promotional- To plan and strategize sales approach to meet the various demands of advertisers- Identify clients to be covered by the sales team- To acquire new advertisers on a long term basis, while retaining existing advertisers- To introduce special packages, creative ideas to increase ad spend- Joint meetings with agencies and clients with TV, Radio and Digital- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, prepare proposals and processing paperwork & reports- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information- Prepare informative sales report to evaluate sales performance for improvement- To develop and grow the digital/new media knowledge for a strong sales & marketing team- To conduct ½ yearly reviews on reporting staff identifying development needs- Ensure that staffs are given training and exposure to new practices and skills- Servicing and updating advertising agencies/ direct advertisers on the payment status- Ensure account receivable align with the company's policy on credit risk- Gather and present information on market trends, competitor's situations, customer's needs, opportunities, threats and others from time to time to the management- Keeping abreast of competitors activities- Ensure compliance with company's pricing policy and all trade related compliance requirements- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field- Preferably 2 years working experience in customer service environment- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages are added advantage- Able to lead and motivate the team- Able to interact with all levels of people and possess a service oriented mindset- Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude, results oriented- Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment- Mature, dynamic and proactive- Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project work- PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
