WHY JOIN US?We practice a vibrant & energetic office culture.We provide opportunities for career advancement within the company.Good performance is always rewarded accordingly.""JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive advertising growth with media agencies and clients.Sell integrated solutions across television, radio, digital, social media and influencer marketing.Play an active role in managing existing accounts, developing our multi-product strategy and winning new businesses across Malaysia.Understand clients' needs and challenges and translate them in a clear and well written brief for idea development.Work closely with Advertising Operations team to ensure optimal client experience and outcome for campaigns.Educate the market on Astro Media Solutions' current and news advertising opportunities.Be the go-to expert of our media solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and media agencies.Deliver effective sales pitch with good product knowledge.Prospecting for new businesses and growing existing key clients spend.Sales forecasting and accurate reporting.Review competitors and identify new sales opportunities for market development.Roll out research projects and generate insights that help to strengthen Astro's selling proposition.Represent Astro Media Solution at trade events and client's eventsREQUIREMENTS:REQUIREMENTS:Degree or professional qualification from a recognized higher learning institutionMinimum 8 years of work experience in management positions in a service related industry.Knowledge of SAP and CRM system will be added advantageExcellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Report writing and presentation skillsFluency in Mandarin and Cantonese and/or Hokkien will be added advantage
