**Job Summary**- To assist in the overall products development and be the Master of Food Costing & Pricing. To ensure new product development from the start until execution are in place.**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:- Assist on all matters pertaining to the overall food development process.- To handle in MASTER Costing and Pricing, review and update when required.- To assist in the development of standard operating procedures and manuals for new products, tools & equipment.- To perform initial products / ingredients sourcing and communicate with supplier for specification needed.- Liaise with related department regarding Food Development matters.- To write product feedback form and ensure to convey the info to the related department.- To assist in new products development for nationwide OLDTOWN outlets or Local Store Marketing (LSM) Program.- To assist in sensory testing coordination. Assist in the execution of New Product Launching. These include preparing new product tasting for Internal Testing / Top Management.- Perform any other tasks assigned by superior**Job Requirements**:- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in food and beverage industry.- Strong knowledge and ability in kitchen management, recipe formulation, food presentation, food safety, food handling and hygiene.- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
