Further, the company manage all sales channels, such as wholesale, ecommerce, and travel retailers, and is an omnichannel retailer of the world's leading accessible luxury watch brands, such as AUGUST BERG, BERING, BOSS, COACH, DANIEL WELLINGTON, HUGO, LACOSTE, MVMT, OLIVIA BURTON, TOMMY HILFIGER, CALVIN KLEIN, and others.COCOMI is envisioned to become Asia's leading Omni-channel retailer for Affordable Luxury watches and jewelry brands and preferred by GenZ and Young Millennials**About the role**As part of our regional merchandising team, you will be responsible for keeping our Regional and Singapore office running smoothly, supporting in day to day administrative process of merchandising function for all brands within the company.This role will be based in Malaysia reporting to our Regional Merchandising Manager.**Main Responsibilities**- Assist in creation of item SKUs, credit notes and purchase orders in both sellable and non-sellable merchandise.- Assist in price checking, alignment, and updates.- Maintaining pricelist on Master linesheet with accuracy and sharing it with stakeholders monthly.- Promotion flagging and ensure that they are properly executed.- Update sell through analysis, to identify the best-sellers/market needs in view of increasing store productivity.- Responsible for accuracy of data and maintenance of Navision system.- Reporting of stocks discrepancies during shipment receiving, if any.- Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as assigned to assist the Merchandising Team.**The Opportunities**A great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of an international entrepreneurial organization to support multi brand orders of Cocomi Timepieces across the key markets in SEA in order to deliver the company's ambitious vision, mission and promises to business partners and customers.**Key contacts**:- Retail Operations- Ecommerce- Logistics- Finance- Wholesale- Marketing**Key attributes**:- Diploma in Business Management/ Fashion Merchandising or other relevant discipline- Preferably 1 year's relevant experience in merchandising/ administration- Result-orientated and ability to work in a dynamic environment- Strong numeric and analytical skills- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Highly Organized - detailed oriented, excellent prioritization skills- Quick Learner with the ability to absorb extensive information- Pro-active, meticulous and independent- Excellent Skill in MS Office (Advance Excel)**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
