Mgr, Product Manager (Wholesale Banking), Islamic

**Responsibilities**:- Lead in formulating identified Islamic Banking (IB) Wholesale Banking products covering aspect of requirements, approval, establishment of process and manuals and system implementation.- Derive supporting strategy for delivery and achievement of IB Wholesale Banking product revenue budget.- Work closely with the various Product Managers within Wholesale Banking in initiating new or reviewing existing Product Programmes in order to meet the product governance.- Work closely with Wholesale Banking Relationship Managers to structure and close Islamic Banking deals as well as to assess for Shariah compliance.- Lead in consulting Shariah in ensuring that minimum Shariah requirements is met in products as well as business aspect.**Job Requirements**- Possess a recognised degree in any business or finance related discipline.- Minimum 5 years in Islamic Banking & Finance preferably in corporate/commercial environment.- Familiar with product and business compliance/regulatory requirement.- Fair knowledge in Shariah requirement.- Result-oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.- Professional accreditation in Islamic finance is an added advantage.- Good knowledge and understanding of Islamic Banking products and services.- Sound knowledge in the relevant rules, regulations and guidelines as well as Shariah requirement.- Well-versed in the business requirement of corporate/commercial segment.**Be a Part of UOB Family
