• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline • At least 3 to 5 years of program development working experience is required. • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle • Required skill(s): At least 5 years experience in : Mainframe, Cobol Programming, JCL • Good knowledge in CICS • Experience in Debit Card, SST, MyDebit business • Minimum 3 – 5 years of technology experience in large commercial, service-based organisation or financial institution • Experience in IT project delivery and development Technical Skills: • Experience in Mainframe • Programming Languages: Cobol, Assembler, JCL, CICS • Knowledge: SST, Debit Card, MyDebit • Critical Applications relating to OCM24 and Consumer Banking • Incident, Problem and Change Management Practices • ITIL Framework • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Framework and Practices • IT Monitoring Tools and Automation Processes • Banking Functions and Operating Environment • Local and International Regulatory Requirements and Guidelines • Technology Risk Drivers • Business Awareness • Analytical
