Do you excel in planning and have great people skills?Here is your chance to join a global company that significantly increases people's quality of life through life-changing hearing healthcare.**Think ahead and make the day run smoothly**As our Office Manager and Executive Assistant, your primary role is to administrate and secure the office runs smoothly and to support our General Manager and Management team to succeed.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee day-to-day office management and operations- Arranging various team engagement events throughout the year to help drive staff engagement- Managing general administrative tasks and ad-hoc initiatives- Management and procurement of office and pantry supplies and equipment- Vendor management - managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords- Preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures across a range of travel, administrative, and office areas- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures, including the redesign of workflows/processes based on best practices- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings- Maintain the General Management's schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reporting deadlines- Undertake other duties assigned from time to time**To qualify for the role**:- Educational background in office administrative, hospitality, business background or similar- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role- Possess good organizational and time management skills coupled with strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to keep a good overview when needed.
