To identify and place in mapping/Master listing all cases under respective purview- To extract and massage RCS Crystal Report to identify new cases and to prepare Monthly Report- To update Master Listing to indicate the outstanding cases- To vet valuation report received from valuer against details in LO, SPA, Land Search and other relevant documents thereafter to confirm the VR is in order and Valuer has updated their portal- To verify valuer signature as per approved speciment updated by PVU- To vet Acceptance Letter issued by Insurance Provider against details in LO- To follow up with Valuer, Solicitor, Sales Staff, Insurance Provider on any discrepancy noted in the valuation report and Acceptance Letter until the matter resolve.- To update follow up activity in RCS comment tab- To attend the request of cancellation of loan and to liase with respective CSA Unit until the loan has been cancelled in RCS and ETP.- To submit daily follow up tracking report.Weekly aging report, Monthly report- To attend enquiry from Solicitor and Sales Staff on status of loan disbursement- To perform other jobs assigned by Department Head.
