Officer, Icimb & Ccbo - Statement & Card Vendor

JobsTo perform task related to vendor corporate services as below.1. Processing of Returned Mail (unseal, sort and data entry) in Daily basis.2. Processing of Account Maintenance (tagging to Hold Print) for mail returned in Daily basis (if any).3. Submit processed volume report (returned mail data entry & account maintenance).4. Record Management - save in share folder for all processed document (ie tracking report, returned mail volume, account maintenance).5. Shred / insert into security bin returned statements for disposal on daily basis 6. Any other tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.1. Reconciliation (Data received by vendor against Mobius report).2. Process vendor BAU invoices.3. SOA Checking for invoice related.4. Monitor daily production of statement vendor. a. SLA Monitoring (mail fulfilment by vendor).5. Daily reporting (E2E, Printing & Dashboard report).6. Provide to Enabler Control Effective Testing's supporting documents.7. Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
