Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and driven Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at Perodua in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:- Manage the online live chat platform, engaging with customers in real-time to provide assistance and support- Monitor chat conversations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary- Analyze chat data and report on key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Implement innovative strategies to enhance the online chat experience for customers- Train and mentor chat agents to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in online customer service or chat management- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with chat software- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
