Online Live Chat Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support on our website. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving customer issues and complaints, and providing product information and support. You will also be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales through the live chat platform.
