Operation Executive

Responsibilities
? Reporting direct to Operation Manager
? Prepare Purchase Order (PO) for all locations
? Manage and control monthly cost from related locations
? Attend for management site visit to any project instructed by management
? Attend for mobilization and demobilization meeting and session
? Attend weekly meeting with client
Requirements
? Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or relevant field
? Minimum 2 years relevant experience as an Operation Assistant or similar role
? Good understanding of supply chain procedures
? Advanced knowledge of MS Excel MS Word
? Strong communication skills, able to work well with others in a fast-faced working environment
? Meticulous, independent, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn
? Able to travel if required
? Able to work more than normal working hours or on rest day if required
