Operations Executive (Advertising/Promotions Agency)

**Overview**Our client is a custom design premium promotion agency, serving top multinational clients across different countries. They are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as an Operations/Project Executive.**Responsibilities**:i. Oversee projects from inception to completion.ii. Ensure projects adhere to agreed timelines and delivered within budget.iii. Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, factories, and 3rd party service providers.iv. Undertake sourcing & purchasing activities.v. Conduct project costings.vi. Prepare documents for importation of goods and compliance to regulatory bodies.**Requirements**:i. Degree or diploma in a technical disciplineii. Working knowledge and experience of diverse manufacturing processes, techniques, and standards such as moulding, printing, etc.iii. Proficiency in using Microsoft office.iv. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.v. Ability to manage multiple on-going projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.vi.
