WHAT YOU'LL DO Prepare documentation and issuance of B2C and partners sales policy cover notes. Continue to develop commendable relationships with customers with quality service to encourage repeat business. Perform endorsements and refunds as per sales requirements. Communicate with existing and potential customers on various platforms to persuade them to purchase company products and services Engage with customers through various communication channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to encourage purchases of our products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer orders, swiftly resolving any encountered issues to ensure precision. Develop a strong understanding of our insurance products, enabling tailored recommendations that suit customers' preferences and needs. Prepare precise documentation and issue sales-related policies, ensuring adherence to guidelines and accuracy. Process all customer purchases accordingly and issue policies via relevant portals. Manage endorsements, refunds, and modifications aligned with sales requirements. Perform customer purchase processing, ensuring correctness in payments and policy issuances. Handle calls, WhatsApp interactions, and sales achievements with close attention to our target metrics. Requirements WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Final year diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
