Order Handling Specialist

**Salary offer**:RM3,000 - 4,000 per month**Contract duration**:12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (renewal yearly for 2 years)**Location**:Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway 47500 Subang Jaya**Working hour**:Monday - Friday (8.5 hours)**Responsibilities**:- Preparation and registration of orders, generation of order confirmations.- Preparation of shipping documents, invoicing.- Coordination of transport.- Compliance with applicable laws,established procedures and instructions.- Other duties assigned by the superior related to the above.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Business (Honours) in Accounting/Finance- Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work.- Ability to work under time pressure, analytical thinking- Experience with SAP.- Good English communication skills (written and spoken is preferred).
