Outlet Manager (Hotpot)

Responsible for the revenue, operational cost and waste reduction of the F&B Outlet.- Prepare reports for F&B Outlet's including but not limited to manpower, operating expenses & beverage cost.- Annual budgeting of manpower, capital expenditures (CAPEX) and financial salient points- Plans and prepares sales forecast and budgets- Planning of annual F&B Outlet's events & promotions- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Outlet- Responsible to ensure recruitment of manpower for the Outlet- Ensure cleanliness of the outlets are well maintained.**Job Requirements**:- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field- Applicants must be willing to work in Genting Highlands.- Possess strong leadership skills.- Applicants must be willing to work in Genting Highlands.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Genting Highlands: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
