About the job

We want to fill this position with a strong contributor to the Human Resource function, securing HR subject matter expertise in payroll and HR Admin; someone who shares our vision of ?creating a better everyday life for the many people.

Your assignment
You will be reporting to the Payroll & HR Admin Manager, Malaysia.
You responsible for the centralised payroll and ensure the accuracy of the data input into HRIS.
You ensure that the timecards are approved accurately.
You ensure payroll practices are in compliance to the national legislation and timely submission of statutory related documents.
You produce different reports to support in HR and salary administration process.
You will be involved in the HR administrative matters for the co-workers in Service Office
You will assist in any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Your profile
You are someone with good knowledge of local laws and regulations concerning the labour market, and have at least 2 - 3 years of Human Resources experience.
You are service oriented, trustworthy, honest, meticulous and independent.
You maintain good relationship with people at all levels and committed in meeting deadline.
