**Requirements**:- Preferably Degree in any management field- Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in payroll processing.- Good spoken and written communication skills in English along with analytical and problem-solving skills.- Familiar with statutory filing forms and Companies Acts- Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with mínimal advice.- Able to work independently and be a good team player.- Confident in facing challenging clients and stakeholders**Responsibilities**:- Manage and administer all payroll-related activities for allocated companies including regular and ad hoc payments and deductions, statutory payments, salary sacrifice/benefits, tax and social security deductions including timely payments to employees and third parties.- Support all standard Reward activities including annual salary review cycle, annual bonus payments, promotions, internal transfers, ad hoc salary increases and promotions etc.- Work closely with outsourced finance vendors, internal Finance and internal HR stakeholders to ensure the smooth workflow of all payroll related matters.- Maintain a comprehensive audit trail of payroll transaction that do not go through INFOTECH- Prepare documents, presentations and other materials, as requested for external audit requests.- Monitor changes in legislation that impact local payroll policies and processes escalating details to the relevant internal stakeholders.- Follow company ordering procedures, process purchase orders and invoices for payment and resolve any cost centre queries.- Participate in monthly team meetings and look to develop working relationship with other key functions, such as HR and Finance.**Benefits**:- Staff's meals claimable- Will be provided training and company trip.- Fast growing company, opportunities to expand in career globally.Additional Benefits- 5 Working Days- Allowance Provided- Medical Claim
