The Role: As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead our Digital Marketing Strategy, ensuring that Comfort Works is the top choice for our target audience worldwide. Your role is pivotal in executing a multimillion-dollar monthly budget across various global markets, showcasing your mastery in PPC, SEO, analytics, and ad trading platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy and Leadership: Lead the overall Digital Marketing Strategy for global market leadership. Drive the right target audience to choose Comfort Works. Expertise and Budget Management: Possess a high level of craft and expertise in PPC, SEO, analytics, and ad trading platforms. Execute $MM/monthly budgets across global markets. Lead Acquisition and Growth Performance: Champion overall lead acquisition and growth performance. Develop destination content and optimize the online user journey. Execute diverse Online & Mobile Marketing Campaigns. Campaign Optimization and Reporting: Manage the paid digital marketing budget. Ensure the best possible spent optimization. Continuously optimize campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests. Monitor progress, report to the Senior Leadership Team, and make recommendations. Research and Data-Driven Programs: Lead research on the target audience. Uncover meaningful insights for cross-functional marketing acquisition strategies. Execute industry-best data-driven performance marketing programs. Provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns. Analytics and Project Management: Analyze and sharpen campaign performance data. Consolidate internal and external reports analyzing KPI achievements. Assess the success of campaigns. Contribute to the development of campaign strategy, data governance, and project management. Technical Capability and Continuous Improvement: Drive technical capability and maturity of growth platforms and brand assets. Act as a performance marketing evangelist to various teams. Continuously raise the bar on attribution metrics and develop new standards for effective measurement. Work with data and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate measurement of channel volume and efficiency. The Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in a performance or digital marketing role. In-depth knowledge of the North American and EMEA markets. Strong experience with PPC, SEO, DV360, analytics and ad trading platforms across SEM, Display, Video, Mobile, DSP, ATD, ABM. Prior background in E-Commerce marketing. An analytical Thinker: It is imperative that this position possess critical thinking and analytical skills. They should be able to readily identify opportunities, formulate practical solutions, and bring data to support recommendations. Knowledge in HTML, and CSS coding experience, with HTML/CSS skills for web and Google Certified Expert with Power BI or equivalent analytics build experience, is a plus.
