Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/administration, Law, Accounting, Management, Human Resource Management and Secretarial Require at least three(3) years of working experience at the same position Fast Learner, Self-motivated, Team orientated Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines and objectives Good command of English language & Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin Speaking clients. Willing to travel Responsibilities: Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Function as an extension of the CEO in the implementation of projects and execution of tasks. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Organize events, travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation and logistic. Take dictation and minutes Strategize and brainstorm innovative solutions Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. Create and prepare an effective presentation, pitches and documentation. Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments. Perform market research Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems. Assist with other ad-hoc administration and project requirements as needed Collating and filing expenses. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all time Available to travel on behalf of CEO
