Plantation Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Manage and supervise plantation operations/activities such as fruit plantation, manuring, pruning, machine operation, poison storage and daily maintenance work.- Responsible to manage and oversee daily operation of plantation to achieve the company goals and objectives.- To prepare and submit relevant daily, weekly and monthly progress report as and when required by the management.- Maintain knowledge of pest and disease control.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Agriculture, Agrotechnology or related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the agriculture industry.- Have good communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and management.- Able to handle pressure, analyze problems and find solutions.- Have a pleasant personality, independent and knowledgeable.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Gua Musang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
