Principal Risk Data Scientist

Analytical Capabilities- Support the supervisor in setting-up and maintaining the advanced analytics toolkit for NFRM analytics.- Identify and socialise use cases with NFRM Risk CoE and relevant stakeholders, ensuring the alignment to the bank's business objectives and to develop insights for proactive risk identification and controls, risk appetite setting and informed decision making.- Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans including the use of data analytics to enhance speed and coverage of risk discovery and minimize the impact of identified risks.- Collaborate with other divisions to develop and implement forward looking risk management tools, models and/or systems to sharpen their risk identification and mitigation via automation/data analytics, and hence promote strong risk culture across the bank. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of first line of defence's risk management processes and procedures, and partner with the first line of defence to implement improvement as necessary.People Management - CustomerCustomer:- Buildstrong, collaborative and productive relationships with thevarious stakeholders.
