Procurement Specialist (Up To 12K / Bukit Jalil

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality products and services.- Independently negotiate and finalize procurement agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to make informed procurement decisions.- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the procurement process.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select vendors based on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.- Oversee the development and management of procurement contracts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.**Requirements**:- **Minimum of 5-10 years of proven procurement experience** in a related field, with a track record of successful negotiations and cost savings.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Skilled requirements: - Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Team Collaboration, and Ethical Conduct.- **Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary due to interactions with China.**:- **Initial months of the project will require travel to Kulai.
