Product Development Intern

**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the development and execution of product development strategies.- Assist in conducting product tests which include collecting data and feedback, analyse product performance and suggest recommendations for improvements.- Assist in the management of the end-to-end product development process, including product design, prototyping, testing, and launch.- Work closely with everyone in the product development team to develop products that align with the business objectives and growth targets.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the coffee and food industry, and provide insights to the product development team.- To perform every other duty as assigned by superior or management.**Requirements**:- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinology, Culinary Arts or related fields.- Preferably has experience (university / FYP projects) in regards to creating a new product.- Passion for coffee and beverage innovation.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Job Type**: Internship**Salary**: RM1.00 - RM2.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
