Product Development Specialist

Job Description- Creating and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market, high-demand or competitive.- Determining product specifications and the new trend setter.- Supporting manufacturing and design activities by working with R&D team for products in development.- Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.- Coordinate between R&D and Marketing team.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/ Food Science or any product development related to Food Industry.- Proven working experience as a food product developer or in related field.- Be comfortable using Microsoft software.- Work well within a team and willing to travel.- High inter-personal skills, Initiative, High-integrity, Multi-tasking, Innovative, Creative Problem-solving skills and has business acumen.**Location**:Petaling Jaya, Selangor
