Our commitment to product authenticity is unwavering, with dedicated facilities ensuring quality. Novelship is seeking a full-time Product Manager (based in TW, MY, or SG) to join our team. This role will work with both externally partners and with other functions internally. As a Product Manager, you will build and improve internal tools, as well as take charge of external product integrations. The goal internally is to lower cost of operations and reduce human error. The goal on the external front is to improve user experience, measured through higher conversion rate, and higher customer satisfaction score. This is a measurable high-impact role that impacts pre-sale and post-sale experiences. We are comfortable working with someone in Taiwan, Singapore, or Malaysia. You will report directly to the COO. Responsibilities: Co-define and execute an internal tool product roadmap using Operations data, Team insights Support external facing product features related to search and checkout taking reference to industrial best practices and consumer research. Drive improvements to existing features based on performance data analytics. Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve feature performance Collaborate closely with the operations to improve fulfillment efficiency and work with design team to improve user experience and key performance metrics like checkout rate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any qualified university, with completion of degree No prior product management experience needed (yes indeed). However if you have no prior experience, we would like to see if you can demonstrate Product Management potential during our interview. Experience with Conversion Funnel, Costing and Analytics are bonuses. A Process-driven and Analytical individual. A Problem solver, who wants to work with fast iterations. Have the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders from different departments. A go-getter with a can-do attitude; learning as we build is part of the job. Proficiency in English and at least a second language (Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred).
