The key person to provide day-to-day support, ongoing process improvement and implementation of new functionalities.Work closely with business users to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs and defines business processes, improvements, system scope, and business objectivesSet customer expectations and communicate effectively with the business and technical teams and provide timely project status.Facilitate the elicitation of business requirements and documentation through workshops and/or interviews across various levels of the business, departments and or client.Assist the solution architects/development team/testing teams with understanding requirements and process business queries.Lead and execute the UAT(Black box/White box/Regression testing/etc).Work on project related test plans and test documentation.Assist in project handover via delivery of handover documentation and handover session.Early identification, escalation, and resolution of issues.Moby Money is a fintech startup that provides microcredit by leveraging the data from wages and the employer - employee relationship.Our flagship solution, Moby Payday is an employee financial well-being platform that comprises of Moby Pay, Moby Insure and the Moby financial well-being hub.Moby Pay being a point of sale financing platform, enables our partner network merchants to provide a buy now pay later option to their customer which significantly decreases cart abandonment rate, in turn increasing revenue.Moby insure is a point of sale insurance platform offering affordable insurance premium. The financial well-being hub will provide tips, tools and the education needed to improve one's financial literacy.In addition to gathering traditional data, we also collect alternate data such as types of goods purchased, purchasing habits, payment and behaviour patterns. This will provide us powerful insights on one's creditworthiness and to individualise the upsell of other products. We have partnered with the largest Malaysian online payment gateway to enable 14,000 online merchants to offer Moby Pay as a payment option at checkout.Our vision is to eventually develop Moby Financial Super App which will be the "go-to" platform for employee benefits, providing integrated solutions from lending, savings, investments, insurance and healthcare benefits.Bachelor's or Equivalent
