Product Manager - M2M & Iot Svcs (2 Year Contract)

Job DescriptionThe M2M Product Manager will be pivotal in driving strategic growth through data-driven insights and ensuring the seamless operation of the M2M product offering. This role demands a dynamic professional with a keen understanding of M2M products, strong communication skills, a drive to learn and grow, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities Support the sales teams in their go-to-market (GTM), customer acquisition and pre-sales activities in Singapore, Malaysia (via Strateq and JOS MY), and other designated markets.? Establish and maintain constant communication with our customers, deeply understanding their needs and use cases. ? Identify, establish and manage GTM partnerships with telcos in Malaysia and other designated markets for M2M offerings.? Further development, contribution to and maintenance of the M2M product experience and journeys to serve and delight customers.? Use customer insights, product metrics and customer profiles (segmentation) to inform product development and GTM strategies.? Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify and develop IoT use cases/applications to expand our offering, focusing on sustainability and customer experience.? Own the fiscal year financial planning and budgeting activities.? Provide insights to align financial goals with product strategy.? Keep a proactive approach in monitoring, managing and resolving support tickets in collaboration with the support teams.? Collaborate with the marketing, sales, support and platform teams to document and maintain product processes and FAQs.? Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing strategies and collaterals. Qualifications Degree in IT/Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of working experience. Proven experience in product management, preferably in M2M or related industries.? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage product metrics. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.? Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes.? Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
