Product Manager (Payment)

Job description Main Duties & Responsibilities:Develop a strategic vision for the product, aligning it with the overall goals of the company.Create and iterate on product roadmaps, considering market demands, technological advancements, and business objectives.Conduct comprehensive research on the target market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.Identify market gaps and opportunities to inform the development of new products or improvements to existing ones.Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and leadership, to gather and prioritize product requirements.Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of the product, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions.Iterate on the product based on user feedback, market changes, and evolving business needs.Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Banking, Finance Business Adminstration, Economics or relavant fields.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management ideally from banks, financial institutions, payment or fintech industries.Proven experience in entire product design and implementation process.Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.Strong logical thinking, independent, able to work in fast pace environment.Only local Malaysians are considered.
