Product Manager - Travel Agency

**Responsibilities**:- Familiarize with major tourist attractions and distinctive cultures in Malaysia, including a thorough understanding of resources such as hotels, restaurants, transportation, etc., and organize travel itineraries.- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to adapt effectively and possess a service-oriented mindset.- Acquire knowledge of legal regulations and processes in the tourism industry, demonstrate strong project management skills, and efficiently address unforeseen situations and travel-related complaints.- Possess market development capabilities and client resources, along with strong business negotiation and risk control skills, facilitating connections with domestic and international travel agencies.**Requirements**:- Proficient in three languages (Chinese, English, Malay).- Over five years of relevant experience in the travel industry.- Gender and age are not restricted; competitive compensation offered.- Demonstrate a sense of responsibility and have a good understanding of the Malaysian tourism market.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
