**Job Summary**:1. Expansion of waterproofing business covering MBS ranges of products (membrane, cementitious, injection, etc.)2. Key Project & Account Management for Infra projects focusing on maximizing sales potential with various stakeholders.3. Focus on developing waterproofing business with existing & competitors' applicators, Main Contractors, Developers, Consultants Network and related stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:1. Lead Waterproofing Segment (estimated business of RM 8-9million including KVMRT material supply) business portfolio. To develop strategy and solutions to the sub-segment and projects.2. Work on and negotiate business opportunities for waterproofing products.3. Manage documentation (TDS, MS, Test Reports, etc.)4. Liaise and align with RBSM WP team for product offering, brochures, submittals, etc.5. Manage formula transfer and product localization with internal stakeholders.6. Support MRT Line 3 tunnel projects focusing on waterproofing products, admixture, injection, etc. Maximize sales potential with comprehensive product offering. Potential sales of RM10million.7. Support Infra initiatives focusing on waterproofing related projects i.e. PWD, RTS Link, etc.8. Key Account Management with major contractors and consultants' players (Gamuda, OTA, Protext, TNB, Prasarana, MRT Corp. Dr. YG Tan, SSP, GDP Arch., etc.)9. Work on EBC-WP Business for Infra Projects focusing on Industry sector. Secure business for Infra Projects (Industry Sector - Bintulu Methanol Plant, Pulau Indah Power Plant, Rapid 2, etc.)10. Cross-selling for precast customers for EBC products. Initiate marketing activities for EBC team to push solutions into precast players (PBU, PPVC,etc.) in Southern Region.11. Collaborate with technical team for product localization of waterproofing portfolio (liquid applied membrane, cementitious products,etc.)12. Collaborate with RBSM to localize waterproofing products (MasterSeal-398, etc.)13. Liaise with supply chain for buffer stock, production, logistic, etc. Ensure products are delivered to customer on time with reduced lead-time.14. Initiate marketing activities for green sense construction (concept) into market. Develop a comprehensive green concept in promoting sustainability initiatives.15. Support EBC team for cross-selling activities to maximize sales potential in Infra related projects.16. Develop business for basement waterproofing with developers, consultants, contractors and applicators. Use the MRT Line 2 project success as benchmark to grow the basement waterproofing business focusing on Residential/Commercial projects.17. Support and collaborate with Product Specialist (PVC & TPO Membrane) focusing on Industrial business.18. Support specification team with pocket seminars, presentations and documentation.19. Develop business plan on pushing sales for waterproofing products in distribution network (hardware, pro-dealers, resellers, etc.)**Sites & Locations**:West and East Malaysia**Experience**:- Minimum 5 Years, preferably with experience working in the construction industry**Education**- University degree preferably in civil engineering
