Production Clerk

**JOB RESPOSIBILITIES**- To collect all the necessary Production Report, Daily Production Report, Workers m/c, O.T Report and have it verified by the HOD before compiling it into proper files.- To work out the Daily Production Summary Report, Daily Operation Control Report, Attendance lists, Duty Roster and submits it to the manager for endorsement.- To assist the manager on all the correspondence and filing.- To receive incoming calls and pass them to the respective person.- To key in production data into the computer.- To do monthly Summary Report.- Any other jobs which may be assigned from time to time.- Other assigned duties as required.**JOB REQUIREMENT****- **Minimum SPM level with relevant experience in similar capacity with knowledge on computer- Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.- Able to work independently.- Good discipline and attitude.- Able to write and type well.- Able to accomplish work assignment with minimum supervision.- Has a systematic and positive approach towards executing work.- Abide all company rules and regulations.**OTHER REQUIREMENT**- Min experience 1 year**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 09/04/2023
