Click to see how Sibelco materials are used in products and your home.Pasir GudangOperation ManagementPrepare daily operator's work schedule.Ensure availability of production material and packaging.Supervise production process to fulfil production targets and plans.Ensure quality of the finished products meets the customer and Sibelco Malaysia standard.Identify problems in product quality and recommend alternative.Monitor losses and minimize wastages.Maintain efficiency of processing cost and rates as determined in the annual budget.Ensure that production process follows SOP.Prepare shift production report, daily production summary and key in the system.Ensure PO reporting in Site Ops system on time.Assist Production Planner in daily/monthly production reportsLead as Document Controller(ISO) for ProductionTo ensure production comply with Safety PPE and work in safe condition.
