Production Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

This position can apply to Automation & Granulation & Extrusion & Plastic Injection & Assembly Workshop. ????????????????????????????????? Responsibilities Arrange reasonable manufacturing planning according to production orders and complete manufacturing tasks on time. Coordinate with other engineers, suppliers, and assembly teams to ensure machines meet OEE targets. Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides for newly established automated equipment/processes. Work with automation suppliers for design reviews, research, installation, and troubleshooting of parts. Examine the manufacturing management in the workshop and the implementation of the manufacturing technical documents. Responsible for coordinating new product pilot manufacturing. Responsible for the maintenance of mold and fixtures in the area of responsibility Participate in the trial production, testing, and review of new products, materials, and molds. Ensure records are adequately maintained, updated, and traceable per ISO 13485 requirements.   Requirements Prefer Mechanical Engineering/ Polymer Engineering or another related field. Ability to work independently and under pressure, good team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and good communication and presentation skills. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking colleague Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
