Production Executive

1. Monitor day-to-day production operation activities, planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the operation activities with the objective to achieve production goals. 2. Ensure the efficient performance of production by providing leadership, motivation, effective communication and on-job training to the production personnel. 3. Ensure proper documentation and reports are submitted by all shift supervisors. 4. Liaise with quality assurance (QA) and customer service in new product development and resolve product quality problem. 5. Checking and receiving daily job schedule provided by planning department. 6. Ensure proper controlling of production wastage to achieve Company's goal. 7. Ensure positive inter-departmental co-ordination to achieve effective communication and productivity. 8. Plan, implement and maintain productivity improvement programmes and encourage personnel to contribute and actively participate in these programmes. 9. Handle discipline or grievances and constantly monitor personnel moral to ensure workplace harmonious. 10. Perform job analysis, performance review of personnel and recommending additional formal / informal training, promotions and transfers. 11. To carry out any other assignments deemed fit by the Management or superior for the betterment of the Company.We remain committed to focus on customer satisfaction through quality products and customer service, ensuring supply reliability, benchmarking performance.
