Production Executive

Responsibilities: 1.Assist factory manager in handling and resolving any disputes or problems that occur in production. 2.Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day production operation of various departments in the factory. 3.Coordinate daily production activities. 4.Attend meetings with production managers and factory manager. 5.Responsible for the maintenance of machines. 6.Responsible for manpower arrangement. 7.Responsible for inventory management. 8.Monitoring personnel discipline to ensure harmonious working environment. 9.Review, assess and improve production performance and requirement. 10.Responsible for identifying training needs and providing training to unskilled operators. 11.Maintain proper housekeeping practice in the factory. 12.Ensure that production operation meet with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP and HALAL standards. Requirements: 1.Degree/Diploma in related discipline or minimum Degree in Chemistry / Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent. 2.Min 1-3 years related experience. 3.Prior experience in handling subordinates is an added advantage. 4.Knowledge and experience in ISO 22000,ISO 9001,HACCP and HALAL standards will be an added advantage. 5.Strong leadership, organizing and analytical ability. 6.Able to work under pressure. 7.Able to work on shifts. 8.Possess own transport.Oriental Food Industries Sdn Bhd has made its mark in the snack food and confectionery manufacturing industry as one of the companies holding the leading position in the said industry in Malaysia.
