Production Executive

**1) Determine best use of resources**- To determine the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment, materials and labor to optimize the productivity and production capacity.- Hires and trains the workforce to meet production goals.- To coach, manage and motivate production staff to ensure they are meeting performance and safety requirements.**2) Oversee production progress and schedule plan**- To monitor the progress of production schedule and within processing budget.- Monitor production performance and analysing key metrics such as output, fulfilment, efficiency, quality and OEE.- To meet regularly with production team and superior to analyse any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.**3) Identify problems and improve processes**- To investigate on production team issues, analyse on potential root causes and define resolutions.- Identify cost saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce wastage and rejection.- To develop new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, providing additional training or adopting better manufacturing processes.**Education**At least diploma / Bachelor degree in food science / technology / professional halal certification**Experience**At least 1-5 years working experience in FMCG industry**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
