Production Manager Assistant

Job responsibilities:1.Controlled issuance of departmental documents;2.Distribution and recycling control management of documents;3.The document involves internal audit and should be reviewed in collaboration with other departments.4.Collect and input production daily reports and quality data;5.Summary of departmental business data, production, and quality data.6.Verify the consistency between system attendance and manual attendance on a daily basis;7.Summarize attendance at the end of each month and submit it to the Human Resources Department;8.Handling attendance exceptions.9.Responsible for department expense reimbursement and related documents.10.Interviewing, onboarding, and pre job training for new employees;11.Handling of employee resignation;12.Responsible for the subscription, inventory, and corresponding matters of fixed assets.Job Requirements:1. Diploma or Degree, excellent fresh graduates can be accepted,fluent in spoken & written Mandarin ;2.
